What this site is for

laboralmicha.com is the website of Despatx Jurídic i Laboral, an employment-law and Social Security firm in Barcelona. It presents the services offered to employees and companies, and gives anyone who wants to reach the firm a way to do so.

It is not a shop: nothing is sold or charged for here. The two tests on the site (“Do you have a case?” and “Compliance radar”) are general guidance, not legal advice: every case is different and should be reviewed with a professional before deciding.

Terms of use

Browsing this site makes you a user and means you accept these terms. We ask you to use the site properly: not for unlawful purposes, without attempting to damage it or reach restricted areas, and without sending offensive content or content that is not yours through the forms.

Access is free of charge, apart from the cost of your own internet connection.

Who owns the text and images

The text, photographs, design, logo and other elements of this site belong to its owner or to those who have licensed their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

You may view and share them citing the source. What you may not do without written permission is reproduce, alter or use them commercially.
