What a cookie is

It is a small file a website stores in your browser when you visit. It remembers things from one page to the next: the language you chose, whether you already answered a notice, whether you are signed in.

The ones this site needs to work

These are essential and cannot be switched off: without them the site does not work properly.

We store your answer to this very cookie notice, so we do not ask again on every page. And we store the language you chose, so you do not have to pick it every time.

These do not require your consent because the law considers them strictly necessary.

The measurement one, only if you accept

To find out which pages are read and which are not, we use Umami, an analytics tool installed on our own server: the data is not shared with any advertising platform and is not used to follow you around the internet.

Nothing loads until you accept. If you decline, the tool simply does not start, and the site works exactly the same.

What is measured is aggregate and anonymous: page views, which country the visit comes from, what kind of device it uses. We do not know who you are.

How to change your mind

Whenever you like, with no explanation needed. In the notice that appears the first time you can choose “Accept”, “Decline” or “Configure” to decide in detail.

If you already answered and want to change your decision, clear this site’s data in your browser and the notice will appear again.

How to block them in your browser

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies from its settings, usually under privacy. Bear in mind that if you block the strictly necessary ones, parts of this site may stop working as they should.

Changes to this policy

If one day this site starts using other cookies, we update this page, change its date and ask you again before switching anything new on.
