Privacy policy

This page explains what data we collect, what for, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. In short: we only ask for what we need in order to reply to you, and we do not sell it or pass it on to anyone.

What we collect and why

We only handle the data you give us when you fill in a form. We use no other source.

· Contact form: your name, a phone number or email, whether you are an employee or a company, and your message, so we can read and answer you.

· Contact after the tests: if, at the end of “Do you have a case?” or “Compliance radar”, you leave a phone number or email, we receive that contact together with the answers you selected and the result, so we can review your situation with you. If you do not, the answers never leave your browser: the tests are anonymous and nothing is stored.

What you tell us about your employment situation may include sensitive data (for example, sick leave). We use it only to handle your enquiry.

There is no profiling or automated decision-making affecting you.

Our legal basis

Because you asked us to. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with the legitimate interest in answering someone who writes to us.

Giving us your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.

How long we keep it

This site has no contact database: the forms store nothing, they compose an email and send it. Your data therefore lives in the firm’s mailbox.

It is kept for as long as the relationship or the interest in it lasts, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet any legal obligations. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Who else sees it

Nobody who does not need to. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

There are companies that provide us with technical services and that, in doing so, may process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting of the site), Render (content server, in Frankfurt), Supabase (database for the site’s text, in Ireland) and Resend (delivery of the form emails).

A data processing agreement is in place with each of them. Where any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards required by the Regulation, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to the processing, or receive it in a format you can take elsewhere. You may also withdraw your consent whenever you wish, without affecting what was done before then.

To exercise any of these rights, write to the address shown above, saying what you want and attaching proof of your identity. We reply within one month at the latest.

If you feel your request was not handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

How we protect the information

The site is encrypted end to end (HTTPS) and applies security measures to prevent unauthorised access. The forms have submission limits and spam filters.

No system is infallible, but we maintain technical and organisational measures appropriate to the kind of data handled here.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we find we have received a child’s data without parental or guardian authorisation, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle data changes, we update this page and its date. We suggest checking it from time to time.
